In early 1982, Dora Westcott left the NASD to accept a position with a certified public accounting firm to establish its first broker-dealer section. Dora established her own consulting firm, Westcott & Associates, Ltd., which happened in 1984.
Dora Westcott has spent more than 30 years in the securities industry. During that period, she has acquired extensive and practical vocational experience, as well as substantial regulatory expertise.
Over the years, Westcott and Associates, Ltd. has worked with numerous securities firms. Because of their extensive experience and regulatory knowledge, Westcott and Associates, Ltd. has successfully provided consulting services to broker-dealers and investment advisors across the U.S., most of whom were referrals.
